The gym is divided into a number of rooms across two floors. Each room caters for a specific function or body part to train.
For example, we have a whole room dedicated to strength training where we have a number of power racks, deadlift stations and a host of other equipment that will help you improve your strength and power, whether it’s for sports such as Powerlifting and Strongman or rugby etc.
Other rooms are dedicated to Cardio, Legs, Upper body etc. – please see the images below.
